Has the grey dial been fixed or does it still have the purple shade issue like the aqua terra reps?
Keen to buy one if it is any good and put it on the amazing blue aqua terra rubber strap like this:

The SMP dial per se is a clean chrome/grey, no hues whatsoever. But on certain angles the crystal AR does show a bit of purple on specific lighting conditions.
Are you asking because yours is that way or are you asking because you have seen posts here in this thread about that?
mine came like that, its just very odd, I have seen that this was an issue in the past. in the qc pics it looked white and inside the house it looks white. Outside in the sun it deffinitly looks yellow.

I must say. In my opinion this watch is not perfect. Dont get me wrong, its damn good and I love this piece. But there are two things that can be improved to make it more gen like. So why not a V3? CG is not gen like, the CG is quite a bit smaller than gen and the end links in my opinion are not gen like.

The CG size has been discussed before. Just not sure if it was in this thread. I think it was gen vs rep comparison of the VSF blue r/g s/s version. The end links i mentioned before, so I stand corrected. But the narrow polished bits in the end links on mine, does not seem to look like the ones on gens. Mine is rounded and not flat like the rest of the bracelet’s polished bits. To me it seems that the polished bits on the gen’s end links are flat like the rest if the bracelet. These are minor flaws, but flaws none the less. Of course I stand to be corrected

I did the blue rose gold on rubber rep/gen comparison. When you compare the CGs on rep photos and gen photos they look different (rep is lower/shorter). However, they seem identical on the wrist (I haven't measured them, though).
mickszym was that you that wrote about it? O went back to that thread but couldnt find it, lol. ok thats great to know. Cause looking at gen pics they do look different. Wonder if it could be that the crown size is different, so the CG appear different size. Great to know they still look the same in the flesh. You dont perhaps have gen end links as well? Was wondering about the round polished bit not being gen like.
Nope, I just have the rubber version now (the rubber strap on rep is great, btw).
