I can't see any engravings in those pics of the red and the blue... now I´m confused. :wacko:

take a closer look on this pics :

you will see that is slighty engraved, but NOT noticeable compared to the shiny bezel


same for the HE & logo on the crown, it's engraved on the blue/red but not in the gen, but this is clerly not noticeable too

Overall, the blue / red are gorgeous pieces !!

Looks a nice rep.
I was kind of expecting the GMT hand to sit proportionately between each hour marker according to where the minute hand was. So with the minute hand on 6 the GMT hour hand would be half way between the hour markers?

also the 12 was croocked on the blue one.

But in the other hands, the gen dial are some blue reflect and vsf seems full black ... and the blue is more light

Although bezel looks good from a distance, it;s still engraved as you can see in their photos. The biggest tell IMO, is the engraved escape valve.

Wait until they fix the bezel. That engraving kills the watch - and its something so easy. They could of done the same thing as the LMPO reps.

Would only a real expert be able to spot this was not gen? I really like it and looking to order but 1) I am thinking will they bring out a v2 and 2) Is it obvious to a 'man on the street' that it would be a rep?

I am thinking unless you were some kind of expert you would never know it's a rep?

Between the obvious bezel engraving/color issue, wrong color pearl, incorrect marker size and position @9 and a slightly thicker datewheel font than gen I would not classify this as a super rep. I am basing these findings off of the photos Kobe uploaded (VSF vs. Gen) on the first page.

The new videos from Angus are great for eye candy, but spoil many people here. Macro shot like this show why it's $450 and not $6000. To the naked eye, beside the bezel engraving, these are spot on.

I like the blue one. The old rep had horrible bezel painting which put me off, but this one is working for me.. now I need money...

What you think is a bad paint job is actually the metal between each letter and not a bad paint job.
Can't tell if gen is like that (no picture are as close) but it's clearly intensional.

if it's not this, well I don't see what you see.
