I'm thinking hard about it. I'm hoping Trusty would allow to open the caseback, but from my experience, Andrew is pretty snobbish when it comes to QC pics that are not in their "guidelines".

Or maybe they come sporadicly for testing 2 things:

1. How much are people willing to pay?
2. Are cops still hunting us

If 2. is no, then after CNY they will come back i guess.

With so many dealers getting their hands on stock, it won’t be long until we find out.

You know what fuck it. I tend to believe it completely. They is no reason to believe that people won’t grind to make an extra buck. In china or elsewhere. We’re talking about watches that are replicas anyway. TDs can feign ignorance if caught.

can experts tell if genuine VSF in all parts from case to movement if taken apart?

The observation in the reddit post makes too much sense. Mixed parts made to look like VSF is very possible. Although I did ask TrustyTime if he's selling real VSF Subs and he's quick to say he doesn't sell "Fakes" (ironic).
