I think most factories will refrain from being active for a while to avoid being the next target of raids. You have to understand the Chinese culture, they have to give face to the Chinese customs - if you know what I mean.

If TT has stock, you should be able to have the QC pics within hours. Have you got them yet?

To my best understanding, TD's will hardly hold any stocks though.

This is true. Andrew said, factory has in stock. However he will have to wait to receive it in hand.

I have never received QC within hours, he confirmed my payment yesterday, I usually get my QC's within 4 days or so.
I specifically asked if he had this model in stock before ordering.
