My previous attempt to order from them was also not successful - as they responded for my request only a few days after I had already ordered from trustytime (in fact, I thought that these were resources of the same seller, but Andrew always response in few hours).
The long story short: I asked them to bill me in ETH, they gave me ERC20 address to pay, and now do not confirm receipt of money (maybe because they only have it configured USDT wallet and do not see ETH ballance)...

You should discuss with them about this calmly and carefully. If not file a help desk ticket. I don't know anything about bitcoin and hence I can't say anything. Word of advice : just be calm and rational and don't call anyone scammers or insult them until you get things resolved. Puretime is perhaps the longest running dealer on the forum and very reliable.

Email/Discuss with them calmly about this matter. Lay out the situation with facts and what you think went wrong. Show proof of transaction from your end. Then discuss. If they ignore you then like I said go through helpdesk.

Paid on the 16th, but then also it was weekend (you take weekend breaks too right?) And not even a week yet. So I don't see why you are panicking.

Anyways I don't want to clog this thread up discussing how you should do business with a TD. I want to discuss this model instead.

You see how being nice and calm and rational and treating them like humans always works better than devolving into name calling and slandering their reputation.

I've never ever had to use the forum or any moderator with any dealer simply by being calm and discussing with them issues.

Here are my QC images. It's hard to say how different the case color is from the original. But here you can clearly see how the strap doesn't match the case color... Maybe it will match the dial color in the blue version. I think it would be better if VSF supplied this watch with a gray strap (like in PAM1381).

I spent too much time and effort to get an answer from them to call it a good service. They did everything to make me think they were scammers. I am also not sure that they would have answered me after several days of ignoring me if I had not raised the issue on the forum.

I have already bought from trustytime several times (mentioned it above) and always received a response within a couple of hours and was quite satisfied with service and items.
I have also already tried ordering from puretime and cancel order after two days of silence. Reordered from trusty with success.
But there is a big difference to ignore unpayed order and a payed one...
