I'm working on a custom order with vnhandcraftart. So far, very responsive and helpful. We started with ebay messages and moved to e-mail -- he/she responds just one time a day, usually around 13:00 GMT.

I specified the kinds of straps I wanted, vnhandcraftart showed me the skins that would match, I asked for a darker shade of blue and also thread pictures... waiting on that for today. So far so good!

It didn't; they took forever in getting back to me and in the meantime I went with vic, who completed and delivered four beautiful straps.

Gotcha - yea Cangs (vnhand ... ) communication is definitely not the best and his wait times are quite long for a strap. Oh well. Glad vic took care of you.

Anyone's of you received some straps from Vietnam in Germany. My parcel was opened from customs and I was not allowed to pick it due to protection of reptiles...

Anybody similar experience???

Use DHL and/or declare value correctly on the outside of the package (value under $21!). Will go through customs just fine.

Got this from vnhandcraftart on Friday and I love it. Quality is very good and wears nicely from the very beginning. Communication was good. Stitching is good. I bought this through Ebay. Took around 7 weeks to arrive, shipping took almost 4 weeks.

He seems to be out of business again.

Does anybody know what happens with the vietnamese straps makers? Some does not have any strap, others no more than ten items...

Im sorry to make you confuse but if you not ok with restitch then we can go with custom strap but you will need to wait around 15-20 days for this service sir.
Restitch only take 30 minute
