From reading your posts, I expected a lot of watches.
When I saw the video, I was disappointed until you said "this is what I chose to travel with". I was like LOL!
You have more watches to travel with than my entire collection!
Impressive collection, and I hope you could get back to normal life ASAP.
How would you rate the bracelet on the YM? I have the same one and the bracelet seems a bit too light, though I've never touched a gen.
Thanks!
Sumiter7, when I get home and have access to my camera collection

and tripods, I'll do video reviews of my watches, including the YM. I actually added a couple recently. I got my wife a chopard imperiale, which is a phenomenol rep. Best rep for a lady I have seen so far (super rep caliber). I also added a santos chrono for me and am giving a lot of though to selling off a watch and getting a ALS Datograph. I have enough bling watches and need to get a dress watch into the collection. If you want to try out the YM, i might consider selling mine. YM may be available very soon.
To answer your question though, the bracelet on the YM is very nice. It good a SEL fit on both sides, solid links, with correct engravings, no issues to speak of. The clasp is another story. It's cheaply made and it arrived with sharp, unfinished edges. How they did such a great job on this watch and the said f--k it when it came to the clasp is a mystery only the rep gods will be able to answer. That said, a metal file and some 100 grit wet/dry does wonders. With light modding the clasp is perfectly secure and functional, but it won't fool anyone. That said, it easy to source GMT and Daytona clasps, either of which will fit and be a major improvement. The Sead YM gets the hard parts right (dial is awesome, bezel is great, case shape is very good, crown and crown guards are good, movement quality is truly outstanding--super smooth, only gains 2.5 secs a day without regulation, and has a 50 hour reserve). Somehow, the clasp was just one detail too many! With light mods the clasp is now butter smooth and secure. Works fine, but not quite near gen quality (although everyone complained about the shitty tin can clasp on the gen too, so it may not be far off).
