Thanks Bentley for your input. That's my point precisely. But some people here will always vouch for the dealer for obvious reasons.

First thing - Kuvarsit is not a TD here.

Second - look for the topics about faulty Pam 312 movements, rotors, stems etc.

Wow that's just to bad when you don't get after sales servicemi think I'll never buy any rep from anyone apart from Andrew.

Thanks CybNox I'll try to send one again. Just wondering how could I get the mods involved regarding this issue. It's rude not to reply to emails. They suck up to you big time when they want the money but a soon as that's done ...BAM! no one cares.

Neither Andrew not KW are Trusted dealer here

We cannot get involved in a particular problem with a NON RWI TD.
That will be the same with Andrew if you get a problem with him

I advice you to get a solution by yourself with a friend watchsmith.
Your movement is A7750 or Seagull ??

Kuvarsit Is crap, stick to intime or other better dealers. I bought a Cartier diver from ZF/TF factory and it supposedly had the correct DW on an Asian ETA movement,

On the site pics despite saying it had an ETA it showed a Miyota, I asked the online "support" and they were not helpful (euphemism) and basically told me to buy and trust the watch would have correct DW and that they didn't have any photographic proof of that until I bought it. I made a post on Cartier subforums and got somewhat flamed for calling on their worthless customer "service".

So I did, and when they sent QCs it showed Miyota with (sure enough) inverted DW so I ask for refund and got it, but not before they at first tried to convince me this was the "correct DW" and that "in rep world I should just settle for what there is available" when this is clearly not the case. An inverted DW is no small flaw to settle by. Buyer beware

Hello ALE. thanks for your reply. I did realise he is not a TD here. But because I mostly post in this forum I asked the question.

Is there a way to check the movement to find out if it's seagull our 7750?

I was wondering if I could put a Swiss Movement in it? Any thoughts?

Thanks

I totally understand you. I am going to stick with my regular dealer.

There seems to be this practice of somehow never to blame the dealer or speak ill of him on the forums. And like I said I haven't had a problem in 5 years with Andrew!

Yes, to me kuvarsit services 90% of rep buyers worldwide who dont really read, study, love or really Care about the beauty or genuine-like characteristics of a watch or rep, for them it would be the same to buy a canal street replica, these are the customers kuvarsit is aiming at so dont bother or you'll lose your time and/or get flamed if you complain about it.

If you publish a pic of your movement, many poeple here will be able to tell you the type immediately

PAM 312 P.9000 Swiss movement would not fit your watch, besides it will be impossible to get one

If you want I could try to arrange it in Spain
There are here good professionals to do it. I will made some consults before sending due to the decorated movement.
You can send me the watch and I will do the necessary, or you could send the watch directly to the watchsmith.
Up to you

Kuvarsit is not a TD here but it is NOT AT ALL crap
Kuvarsit changed the game about quality of reps some years ago
Please try to keep the manners or get a correct and complete info before talking.

You are right, I shouldve Said their customer service is bad, not the whole kuvarsit and I shouldnt have used vulgar words. cant change it though maybe a mod can fix it for me to better reflect reality. Thanks For the correction Ale.

their merchandise normally has no issues.. but so it seems sometimes things go wrong, mechanics can fail.. and then again, even if not a TD, they should act correctly and replace the faulty goods without hesitating.. but that's my opinion

Yes my point exactly dj . When things go south they start worrying too much. They also need to realize that it's the second time I had issue with the watch. The first time it was dead on arrival. The time and date was stuck at the same time the QC pics were taken. They knew the watch did not work but sent it anyways. To me that's cheating in a way. But I know this is the rep world and things like this happens. But when itl the watch broke down again they didn't even bother replying.

I got attractive to Kuvarsit due the the quality of reps he produced but I got Let down on service.

Thanks ALE that will be great. Can you tell me how much it will cost?

I cannot say that since i don't know the problem
It depends on broken or defective parts involved
I will try to get a good price for you. I think less than 120euros to get repaired and SERVICED the whole movement
