Wow that's just to bad when you don't get after sales servicemi think I'll never buy any rep from anyone apart from Andrew.
Thanks CybNox I'll try to send one again. Just wondering how could I get the mods involved regarding this issue. It's rude not to reply to emails. They suck up to you big time when they want the money but a soon as that's done ...BAM! no one cares.
Neither Andrew not KW are Trusted dealer here
We cannot get involved in a particular problem with a NON RWI TD.
That will be the same with Andrew if you get a problem with him
I advice you to get a solution by yourself with a friend watchsmith.
Your movement is A7750 or Seagull ??

Kuvarsit Is crap, stick to intime or other better dealers. I bought a Cartier diver from ZF/TF factory and it supposedly had the correct DW on an Asian ETA movement,
On the site pics despite saying it had an ETA it showed a Miyota, I asked the online "support" and they were not helpful (euphemism) and basically told me to buy and trust the watch would have correct DW and that they didn't have any photographic proof of that until I bought it. I made a post on Cartier subforums and got somewhat flamed for calling on their worthless customer "service".
So I did, and when they sent QCs it showed Miyota with (sure enough) inverted DW so I ask for refund and got it, but not before they at first tried to convince me this was the "correct DW" and that "in rep world I should just settle for what there is available" when this is clearly not the case. An inverted DW is no small flaw to settle by. Buyer beware

Hello ALE. thanks for your reply. I did realise he is not a TD here. But because I mostly post in this forum I asked the question.
Is there a way to check the movement to find out if it's seagull our 7750?
I was wondering if I could put a Swiss Movement in it? Any thoughts?
Thanks
This is the moment ALE. Thanks
Thanks ALE but here in Australia no one knows anything about watches and there are no real watch repair guys apart from changing the strap and batteries!!!!

Kuvarsit is not a TD here but it is NOT AT ALL crap
Kuvarsit changed the game about quality of reps some years ago
Please try to keep the manners or get a correct and complete info before talking.
