Hi guys I am here today writing something which I have never done before in the last 5 years of being here.

I can confidently say Kuvarsit it's a borderline dodgy dealer.

I got my Pam 312 V2 from him and the watch didn't work. I had to send it back paying nearly $60 shipping.

Then I got the watch after a lot of emails to Amanda were exchanged. It worked fine for 2-3 months before it stopped completely. The rotor doesn't move and my local watch guy told me that there is a problem with the rotor and the movement.

I have tried contacting Amanda/Kuvarsit again from the past two weeks and there has been no reply.

To me he is dishonest and is avoiding to replace the faulty watch. Trying to get it replaced the first time was bad enough.

Your comments and advice please.

I would just send it to Vac or one of the modders here to get a good fix.

I never trust sending stuff back to China. The problem is, that watch is now past its warranty so they won't do anything for free I bet.

But I will say this seems weird that they haven't contacted you. How long has it been since your last email?

I have had a similar story with another TD sent watch back at my cost as it was in v poor condition they "repaired" it and came back with more problems. If you can do what tbuttery says n get it fixed locally. Sorry I know it's crap situation but they all insist you pay shipping back no matter who is at fault...

Mate it's only been about 3 months max that it stopped working so I think personally it should still be covered.

Last email was more than 7 days ago. Coming close to 2 weeks I'd say.

I am happy to pay shipping back as long as they put a new movement in it. At least it's cheaper than buying a new watch. The Australian dollar is really low these days so every cent counts!!

Hi, You could as well write: "very disappointed with my KW312". It was repaired and stopped again after 3 months. Carefully re-check and confirm e-mail addresses and send another mail every 3 days until You have contact. It´s an A7750 and inspite it not having a chrono it's sensible to winding, setting date when not at 6 and it isn´t shockproof either. If the rotor is stuck it sounds like some part of the deco came loose but Your local watchsmith also had a go at it already - couldn´t he fix anything?

Good luck in having it sorted out. You can always consider putting reliability in the first place and thus avoid the A7750 in the future.

Well it really isn't up to you my friend! Most of our TDs do a make of 2 months for a warranty. Some only do a week after you receive.

I mi would send to a trusted watchsmith on these forums and get it fixed properly.

No I'd rather write disappointed with the dealer than the watch. I have had issues before which were sorted with dealers without issue. And hence I am categorically here to express my disappointment with Kuvarsit.

I am also well versed with how many emails I need to send someone and I did send two emails with a gap off around 2 days. Don't forget I have had and 100 email Correspondence with them already, so they not replying this time is a bit stage.

Local guys I Australia are hardly watchsmiths. But this guy seems to be good. However he said it's best to send it back to China.

I don't think there is much of an option when it comes to movements. They way you put it is like the same watch comes with 5 movement options and I chose the 7750. (In fact I am not even sure if it's the 7750 in the 312 v2)

I would love to send it to a watch Smith just wondering if it's best to send it to Domi or someone else. Any input.

Or should I just send it to Andrew who I normally buy reps from and ask him to put a new movement in it.

You may not get a new movement even if you ask for it.

my experience with KW, while they are quite slow but they usually come through in the end. though i have an open issue with them on zfac pam312 dial which they assured me that they rectify it once a resolution is avail.

try dropping them a reminder email?

Wow that's just to bad when you don't get after sales servicemi think I'll never buy any rep from anyone apart from Andrew.

Thanks CybNox I'll try to send one again. Just wondering how could I get the mods involved regarding this issue. It's rude not to reply to emails. They suck up to you big time when they want the money but a soon as that's done ...BAM! no one cares.

I had got a Cartier santos from kuvarsit . There was problem with the deployment buckle till date it's not been replaced. I requested for a spare buckle was ready to pay still no luck.
