I’m personally in a family bad situation which will hardly resolve, a very close relative which is in need of all of my help till its time. A post will come by when I feel like I’m ok to talk about it.

We are NOT accepting new orders till the olders are filled and anyone who tried to book via website can assest that.

Anyway, correct: we ship packages via access point. After the tracking is given, it will updated as soon as the package is getting picked up.
The package has been left thursday along with many others.

I haven't been here long enough but have started to notice some of the trends with members ripping new members a new one. Some deserve it 100% but in this case, I can see where the OP is coming from and it seems reasonable. Communication is crucial and a simple update would suffice - unless the OP was a brat who keeps harassing and being demanding but it doesn't sound like he was.
We all know there are always two side of stories and we briefly heard from Nick which makes sense. - wishing you all the best with you and the family Nick's.
I hope the OP sees the above post soon, cools off and receives his watch in the next few days. Admires the workmanship done and loves it!
Be nice guys.. I realised the trend, he should have too (being here since May) but maybe he just flipped.. does get stressful if there is no communication.

I wasn't going to post, but I feel this thread has derailed a little, with the original issue perhaps forgotten back on page 1.

Whilst I do sympathise with Nikz, family always comes first, if the OP is to be believed, one major issue is that holidays in August were not mentioned when the work was initially taken?

The OP is not psychic.
How was he to know that a 20 working day job, mid July, would stretch to October? And that the completed watch would only be handed to a parcel point the end of September (I also wonder if any movement on this yet?)

If a service provider, any service provider, says it will take A, it should take A, or any significant deviation explained.
This is not an unreasonable expectation.

Good comms are key, always, & ignoring a customer, one who has paid money, is never an acceptable solution.

Defending this type of behaviour only ensures it will happen again.

The status on the tracking number has not yet changed. I contacted the local UPS office today but they can't do anything, told me that I have to contact the seller. If anything changes I will let you know.

Thank you all, I hope at some point to receive the watch and do a proper review. Communication lacks but I hope the service level will be top notch!

I wish a speedy recovery to Nikz's family member

Contacted UPS Italy today and they told me that they cannot help unless I know the exact access point in which the package was dropped. I think I'm in a dead-end, don't know what else to do. Fyi the watch, parts included and money I paid for the service is almost 1500€

Can someone from Italy please tell me how these access points work? Does the shipper notify UPS to come by to pick up X packages from the access point or is that the store's job? Here in Greece everything is handled directly from UPS and packages are scanned on the same day.

@Nikz19 at some point you should reply to my messages and emails. I respect that you're in a tough situation but so am I

hi mind that UPS access points in Italy are regular commercial activities, those are external to UPS , so they can be subject to being closed or off for holidays and stuff like that.
I use ups aswell and it happened to me more than once that the owner of that precise access point went on holidays thus closed his shop thus courier couldn’t pick up the parcel thus package stuck for 10days+

They have access points(could be everything, a book store a mini market whatever) and the ups driver goes and pick it up from there and gets scanned. However 9 days is not normal no matter what, sender must communicate with the store and ask what's going on and inform you( if indeed it has been dropped)

Shitty situation from start to finish tbh from what you have described

It seems to me that a parcel dropped off at an Access Point should be scanned immediately upon reception by an employee, doesn't matter whether it's a UPS access point or a grocery store.

@Nikz19 you need to either supply your customer with the address and phone number of the access point where this parcel was dropped off, or preferably contact UPS yourself and get them to find this parcel.

Saying that I’m not replying to emails simply is not true and you should mention that. We’re already in contact for the matter via email and what is 100% sure is if the parcel cannot be located for any reason you’ll be refunded in full. No question on that.

Have you actually dropped it at a delivery point (& if so, when) or just created the label?

I've sent you many emails and private messages in here, and you only started replying yesterday. I can post them, no problem for me.
Last email was "let me give them a call" and then "they're checking"
What exactly are they checking? Do you have an actual receipt that you dropped the package?
