Surprised and disappointed to have the rear crystal fall out on my 8+F 222 yesterday. I've worn it a couple dozen times, and I'm not gentle on my watches, but it's never fallen or been bumped and I was just out at dinner when the crystal slipped out.
The gasket feels flimsy, but that might just be a function of its thinness - going to have to see a watchmaker to get it reinstalled.

Yes. There's two things going for it though.

One is Xing is fairly reliable.

Two is the Lemania Chrono is not AS complex as a modern coaxial Speedmaster movement. If the Chinese can make ST19s and 4130s, they can def make the Lemania movement!

Same thing happened to me, so maybe this is a batch issue. After a few hours on first wear, I took watch off and saw crystal still resting on my wrist. My local watchsmith couldn’t press it back in due to gasket being stretched and couldn’t source a new gasket so we are switching to a slightly larger rear crystal and gluing it down. From what we can tell the crystal was touching the center jewel of the rotor, so they are going to slightly pad the bottom rim of the crystal holder or use a crystal with a convex. If you drop the crystal back in and spin it you’ll see the rotor spins in the same direction. The thought is either a bad gasket or a bad fit and the movement applied pressure on the crystal popping it out. @Kongor what did your watchsmith decide to do as a repair?

Honestly, haven't been able to go yet; I don't think I'll have an answer 'til Friday. Appreciate the info though, looks like hopes aren't particularly high for a quick fix then.
Offhand, do you know what kind of gasket size is appropriate here?

I don’t know the measurement, but I do know it was a partial. I was advised it was x.y where 0<y<5. My watchsmith only had x.0 and x.5 but they believed it needed to be x.2 or x.3. X may be 19, but I cannot remember.
