Interesting that blue dials are not the same on the SS and RG. The RG seems to have a blue that is closer to the gen (with less purple in it)

I don't know about your financial situation but there's no way I could pull off owning this model in gen so a fantasy model is fine with me. I'll pull the trigger this week.
It's also listed at 10.3 mm so it looks some improvements have been made.

No but I went to the VC Boutique in Harrods yesterday and put my name down for an Overseas lol. Let's see if it happens.

I'll probably give this a miss, I think Tourbillons look better on skeleton dial watches. I might look at Roger Dubuis watches, Are they still available or is the factory closed for good?

I don't know about the improvements. The biao website lists this model as being 12mm thick, with the same pictures as on Trusty's site.

10.5mm is gen thickness, so if 8F nailed that it would indeed be something.
