I hate to be that guy, but it's very straightforward, if it isn't for you, then get someone else to do it.

It really is straight forward, if you've ever shortened a bracelet by removing a link, you can do this 100%

Does anyone know if there is a generic microadjust clasp that works for this one? Having no form of microadjust is honestly the biggest reason why I don't wear this one more often.

I repalced my butterfly clasp with a standard clasp I can micro adjsut. Scroll up find my comments with sizing.

Ah i missed that, thank you! I just ordered what looks like an updated version of that - appears can be adjusted on the fly thru the day without any tools.
