V7 Factory IWC Ingenieur V1 broken clasp replacement

I was wearing the watch and when I tried to take it off, I found out that one of the pusher fell out. It's the strangest thing. I don't understand how it happened especially it's on the underside of my wrist. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement pusher or clasp?

Did you find a solution for this? I had the same thing happen. Luckily, the pusher fell onto my wood floor so I noticed it right away and I was able to push it back on. However, I can pull it off with my fingers and I would love to find a new clasp as well

These clasps are utter garbage. I replaced the clasp with a generic replacement and all good.

I got a micro-adjsutable 20mm, and a standard 21x5 and will report back if we can finally get this thing micro-adjusted without spending an arm and a leg.

I was able to replace my clasp with a micro adjustable one fyi
Unfortunately i bought a 20mm clasp, should have gotten a 18mm one so it's a tad loose. I will buy the 18mm clasp now and it will be PERFECT.

So with that replacement clasp, the buckle with the IWC logo is retained? Does it only replace the inner parts?
