No, I am still waiting to get it.

About bronze... There was a time guys were comparing bronze in Pam 382 from ZF and KW and KW was better.

Yea, I tend to think that too. Thanks again for this, I ended up changing my order to KW/V6F after reading this. Glad my TD could accommodate.

Nice watch, I wish they made it with bracelet though!

And what will it be made of? Stainless steel? Too redneck [emoji1] You certainly don't want it made of bronze too - terrible for the skin.

My thoughts exactly -- even if you were able to create a bronze exterior bracelet with a titanium or steel backside, the effort would be cost prohibitive and ludicrous. One can dream though haha

My KW arrived today (pics later) and at first impressions its very good indeed, pity the strap is shite, the keepers look to be PU and smell like it as well. Not only that they appear to have used a stock 22mm strap on 23mm lugs . . .

I'm no engineer but if they made it I'd buy it right away [emoji18]

You could conceivably flame spray Ti or the like onto the rear surface of a bracelet but I doubt it would get repped in a hurry.

I was afraid of that, I was hoping for a better/softer strap but I guess that is asking too much.
Probably end up with a custom Martu from Andrea if it is as bad as you imply.

Gen nato strap can be had for $180 from Tudor dealers...I'm torn between that or having a custom strap made.

I got KW/V6F version of Black Bay Bronze and it was already quite patinated… Probably they had cases available quite long before assembly so they got „old” a bit. As promised - I tried to „reset” patina using simple 10 minutes Ketchup bath. Worked:

Man! that is a lot better, I have to reset mine too, i know I wont like the patina, even told my dealer that but we'll see when qc pics arrive

question on the strap, is it soft or pretty normal for rep strap?

I just half-reset the patina since I just kept the watch in ketchup for 10 minutes or so. I think 1 hour would remove it completely :) Since I just flushed the watch with running water to remove ketchup - it is important to use silicone oil on all rubber gaskets before the "Ketchup action" :)

About the strap - it is OK, no need to replace, quite soft. I will need to order 3rd party one since this one is too short for me (last hole....).

Funny how we all look at things so differently! I love the patina look and will be trying to accelerate it on mine this weekend. Others, want it to shine like new. ;-)

Looks great, thanks for posting. Interested to see how these patina in a natural setting.

Isn't your's a KW? Strap looks like ZF with lighter stitching, but may just be the lighting...

Looks Great! both ways! strap looks really stout too!
A couple of questions:
Did you remove the stem/crown to seal? or just treat the o-ring from the exterior?
What about size? Can you tell me what the sizes are, at the lugs? at the buckle end? and length too would be great.
Thank you

Lugs should be 23, the KW buckle looks to be 23 as well since there is play at both ends I'd say its a 22/22 strap (which is wrong) but I haven't measured it as yet.
