Not a bad execution. I own the gen 26420OI and the maker has gotten a few details off (texture of the tapisseries being the most visual one for me, the gen has a smooth satin finish) as well as the color of the straps but here's the thing: on both counts, I think the rep looks better lol. I like how the rep is made, and naturally I think its a very nice watch on the wrist if you're willing to look past the small flaws. Congrats and wear it well!
Thanks mate. I really love this one ;-)Not a bad execution. I can take a measurement for you when I get back if you want. But at 17.5cm, you can pull off the standard strap size easy. Thanks mate. I really love this one ;-)
One question: How long is the Gen strap? What surprises me a little about the Rep is that the strap stops "behind the holes" after two centimeters. For me, at 17.5 cm, this is not a problem - on the contrary, it fits me like a glove. But from 19 and even more so over 20, it could quickly be too small.

That´s quite funny. Unfortunately, I've never seen the Gen in the flesh - it was never in stock at our AP boutique. I suspect that APP doesn't have a Gen as a model either and used the rendered images from the AP website as a template. What I wanted to convey is that I personally think (and of course this is very subjective) that your watch looks better than the gen lol.
Maybe AP should upgrade the model to match this. That dial texture is killer for me.
Rendered pics are never quite accurate. I am not wearing the watch today but here is a pic of it from last month. You don't have to go to any trouble. I just wanted to point this out for fellow members, as some of our members have strong arms and may have problems with the straps supplied (the Quickchange system works well, by the way). With a 20cm wrist, the strap should just about fit, but then you really don't have anything left behind the buckle, which doesn't look very good.
