That looks nice. Gen?
Thanks! That's the highest praise that a rep watch can get! That looks nice. Gen?
I would sincerely compliment you as well if we meet in real life and you’re wearing that. The thing about wearing APs is that it needs to be accompanied by confidence and attitude. Lots of guys worry about “the tells” when that attitude alone is a great tell. Just slap on what you like, wear it like a champ and accept the compliments. APs have a lot of presence on the wrist and the presence tend to overshadow the minute details nobody cares about except the wearer. What we discuss about academic differences in the forum, they seldom translate to real life tells unless one is looking out for them and knows what to look for. It’s a little like performing magic: be confident about what you do and the audience wouldn’t have time for anything except to enjoy the trick.just an old cheapo AP from long ago
it's been pretty much my daily beater
36mm i think.. light as hell.. still gets compliments ironically..
hell, it's probably my most complimented on watch (more than Rolex, more than Hublot, more than Panerai).. not sure why the "appeal" it has in real life I suppose is higher than in pictures.. but yeah, some old cheapo AP from back in the day.. no mods no nothing .. just AP steel on my wrist
where can I get a fake lambo?
yeah that's really the only thing I can attribute it to and you used the right term "Presence".. plus it's an AP not a Rolex or something which people would assume is fake to begin withI would sincerely compliment you as well if we meet in real life and you’re wearing that. It’s almost the exact same thing for reps.
