I have been looking around on the TD sites. And haven't found much Tudor reps. Just a few newer ones here and there. I was wondering are there any Tudor Prince Date Chrono's out there. Haven't seen any. And being a big Chrono fan. I really love them! I like the vintage to tiger woods version. Are there Replica's of these? And can't find a site for any black bay's ether?

No, the only tudor reps you will find will be custom builds. You can build a snowflake sub for about $450-500 (or more for proper engravings etc), you can build a tudor home plate or monte carlo for about $1000+. You can build a tudor prince chrono from parts for about $500+ but will need to find a gen dial and a standard configuration 7750 movement as well as a correct case/crystal etc. With the price of gen dials and all the parts you're probably 50% of a gen anyway.

The Black Bay is being repped by a factory at the moment but probably wont be out until after CNY.

This a rep of the pre Tiger, Tudor Big Block.
It belongs to a friend....but I like it...

As far as I can remember its requires,
-gen dial (not replicated..$300-$400 eBay)
-116520 sec@6 Daytona base.
-a7750 configed with sub dials @ 12,9,6
-Clark Crystal or at least a cyclops
-tachy bezel with 500mph
*as you can see this one has the Daytona bezel still on.

Its a complex, must hunt for parts franken build. Hence why there are very few about.

Yes I love these! I have read some about the Big Block in this forum. These are great. This will be on the list one of these days! LOL these are alot of money to build and require skills to build! Witch I don't posses yet.
But you can't learn if you don't ask. I'm going to buy a Spin Master Dayona and a couple more chrono's. Before I tackle a build like the Big Block. But I figured when I read the Big Block thread that there wasn't any Tudor Chrono Reps. I thought I would ask around in case I missed something. If it's possible maybe I will be able one day to find one. Just a dream of mine. I'm going to try. And I say try! To get a TC LV. And a BK
Rep under my belt this year. But it's hard to say. Being in this place every
day. Can hurt the wallet and married life quick. Dam! My wife is already bitching about what little I have now! Thanks for the feed back and putting up with my dam question's every day. Cheers Mate!

This might be a shot at a big block, perhaps as close as you can get without drilling pusher holes and welding up the HEValve on a SD case. But actually it much closer to a 79260 prince date, infact, that is what it is.
Big blocks have a VERY different case than the 79260.

I work with CNC and tool and die. And can weld just about anything.
I wonder where I could get the stat's on the casing. Or stat's on 79260 to mill this!

I would say that you should get a sd case, with lug holes, or make lug holes. make a mvt ring for a 7750 mvt or mill the additional space, then drill holes in the case for pushers. get an engraved tudor CB . slap in a tudor dial.
The big question is how to make the pressed bezel sit on the SD case.
if you succeed in that, you're awesome, but also the owner of a real close big block

my mate is comming by today, he has a big block, I have a 79260. maybe I can snap a few side by sides to demonstrate the difference.

I actually have a ss bezel (gen) for a 79260. if you're gonna make the case mods yourself, you might as well make it fit that bezel.

And thank you my friend ! I will try this link and see if they have the info stated! How about milling case, bezel , and all with the right info! My friend can right the program and do the data intry. We sub contract for fire arm's parts we can make any thing with the right metal.

Ok Lego dammit..now I am on a bender

What are the differances in,

Prince Date 79260
Oysterdate 79180
79170
94300
a Tiger case from a 79260 case?

If I wanted to could I use a 116520 case and a 79180 dial? The dials should swap on no matter what case it does in right? Being the gen Tudor uses the 7753 Valjoux and should fit with a 7750 or a7750?

the 116520 case is too different from the big block. would look silly. you could use the 116520 for a prinice date. the gens use 7750, not 7753

I Don't know why there isn't much older Rep Tudor Prince Date Chrono's out there!
I guess there isn't a big enough market for them or what. Yuki has some nice cases
and part's. But didn't see any Big Block Cases! I don't know yet if it's acheveble to mill this case or not. I guess it depend's on how good you and the equipment you have is? But I have always wanted 2-3 version's of these. The cases are first on my
list. Then the dial's and hands. This here will be a strain on my family budget cost wise! Will just have to see! One part at a time!

Thank you Prince Trksh......How is the land of the Dane? How is Uri?

Thanks for you help. I had my eye on a few Big Block dials so...I guess I need to shift gears.
