What did you pay for gen insert if you don’t mind. I can find for $150 usd. Not sure if worth the upgrade

Plenty of nato straps but insert can also be found there. Just search tudor black bay in “parts and accessories”

Just played with it and sure enough!!

If it’s gen-like it’s a hell to adjust it.

The easier for me was removing the spring on the buckle and make the strap longer.
