WOW! Watch looks super sweet!!! If I may provide a little critique... The crown sits flush, but it's still a little tall - I might be wrong, but I think you need to provide a little recess in the case to allow the main crown to sit flush with the case. I can't seem to find the link of the crown install I had, but that's the only thing that stands out on this watch - it's a sweeeet build!!! Good work!!!
You are right! The case need more drilling to fit the tube and crown perfect. On the other hand, if you take a quick look it just looks liek a 702 crown.. which is more edged at the case-side of the crown. This one is 703 so it should fit the case better, but i'm ok with it for now
thanks a lot for sharing this project! it is awsome!
i am planing on doing the same!
quick questions:
where did you get the bezel from? insert is from yuki (well aged btw!) but is the other parts gen ? does it fit perfectly?
and how did you aged dial and hands so well? it looks perfect?
wish we had more pics and explanations between case drilling and assembly
Thanks for sharing this project, you seem very knowledgeable about Tudor subs and your build is really awesome!
I've acquired a custom one of my own and would like to mod one of my own. But I'd need another case back and another bezel insert too. Let me know what you think!
