Keep up the good work!Update 3: Reshaping crown guards part 1 and removing old crowb tube
I started reshaping the CG's yesterday. Used a good gen 9401 picture to get the right shapes and seizes. Biggest thing on these JKF 5513 cases are the fat crownguards and lugs. I decided to use my new big drill with an coarse sanding dremel piece. Just shaped till i got the right size. Almost burned my heands btw use some globes when you do this kind of metal shaping with automatic tools.. i'm not used to this kind of work so will learn a lot of lessons during this project [emoji23]
OT: some pre-shaping pics JKF tudor case:

After some few minutes of shaping
Not happy yet at this point. Decided to pick the files and get a rougher hand to take of the bigger pieces of metal at the CG's. After the rough work I worked the sanding pad on the drill again. Result:
So far so good. I'll be finishing the case with p400, 1200 and 2000 before polishing the case up next week.
BTW, before shaping the case I of course renoved the tube. Have been searching for this tool in my hometown for half a day
And as I expected.. the JKF tube doesn't has the original 3mm size. So I have to buy myself some extra tools again..
That's it for now. Thanks for watching
