Does this listing clearly state that the seller doesn't actually have the watch yet or is the seller implicitly misleading buyers to already have the watch?
Nobody has the watches yet. There is one that we know of from the Trump video. That's it. There is also a message that says something along the lines of "watch may look different than shown in video." The FAQ page on the website says "no refunds, all sales final." They could send anything and you'll be forced into binding arbitration if you complain.
Looking forward to the reviews to see the side by side comparison.
