do you know that our friend edge was #1 on Toros list, he canceled his order after the list was published.
I believe he had some inside on the deal, but it also can be that he is more into his frankens at the moment.

What's the problem BMW316? I have seen more than a few threads with you flaming members about how QC pics are just to insure you got the right watch.

I looked at my screws now again and sure enough they don't line up great. Nothing as bad as BMWs.
The think is I don't know if it is possible to correct them myself or is it a case that the bezel is faulty...
I emailed toro but I think he will be we'll pissed off with us because most people seem unhappy!

Yeah, he should be pissed off at the N factory. Not at people so called "nit picking".
Bezel screws being mid-aligned isnt nit picking. You're trying to make excuses for people who post QC pics looking for others to look at. I posted my picture to answer Guru's question. Do you see a thread where I'm asking people to decipher my QC pics ? No.
They look pretty good to me, what's going on with the screws? I never muched liked ROO (so never paid attention to the screws) ... are they supposed to be oriented in another direction?
That's why I sayd "so called" nit-picking my friend. I have seen some threads with members having issues with you just waving them away. That beiing said, I've never posted QC pics because I HAVE AN EYE MYSELF. (Only one's left, but I can see clearly with that)
I agree totally with anyone saying do not POST QC pics, everyone should judge for themselves.
That's always been my point. On the occasion that I've had a question, I'll send the picture to a fellow member for an opinion.
Looked at mine again and it does appear to have holes for the bezel screws that are too large. Mine is nowhere near as bad as BMWs but its something I can see up close. Its nowhere near as clean as my rgrc. Forgive my ignorance but from what I understand, its rubber right? Perhaps loosening a bit will fix the issue?

i see nothing wrong when many are waiting for qc pics to post yours especially if the price is at the high end, and it gives everyone time to see what is right and wrong ,, now if it is a redundant watch like a noob sub or something there is a million out there to compare i see your point

Ok folks. Ignore my bezel issues. Here is a side by side with the GEN. Hopefully you can see the dials and compare for yourself.
Yes, as guru says loads and loads of flaws for the Price, I can see a new Panda or V2 themes that's just been released for me on the horizon, would love the Rg Rb but I think the 44mm might just be too big for my wrist

IRO 57th street - IMO if you like the watch get it, at the end of the day you could go to 20+ watch stores and I bet noone in those would have seen the gen 57th.. Isn't there only something ridiculous like 150 gens? Big flaws thing yea avoid it but tiny things aernt really an issue IMO.

You're right. But what's happened is that we have seen others , like the Panda, that such amazing reps. We've come to expect more from the factories. They surely dropped the ball on this model. It's a shame because it's one of my favorite AP's.

Like the alignment is nowhere near as bad as BMWs, but to be honest aligned bezel screws is the least you'd expect for $600 isn't it? We are not talking about little tells here, with misaligned bezel screws you may as well be wearing a canal street rep...
Hmm, I'm a bit disappointed about this whole thing. And I was almost afraid to say anything to Toro because of the whole QC pic thing recently...
What do ye think? It seems to be the bottom screws more than the top!
