If you really ordered from a TD you will get your money back without any doubt. But you never posted anything useful in this forum and now only join to complain ? I know ' you wanne warn others' but I don't believe thats your real Intention. Things don't run like you like and now you use the forum to kick
a TD's ass. I personally don't like that behavior.

Or try to work it out with the dealer directly… RWI has nothing to do with the sale but if others are buying they should beware. Shouldn’t they?

Sorry if it appears that we are coming down hard on you and thank you for enduring it and staying civil about it.

Now that we are sure that you are not one of those that comes here, bashes a TD on the first post and is is never to be seen again, my advise is to submit a Help Desl ticket and allow the mods to sort it out. If you ordered from a real TD, they will help in finding a solution.

The problem here is that such "reviews" appear daily, where posters just throw out a whole lot of crap without ever being seen or heard from again.
We're all aware here that this industry isn't perfect, we don't need to hear it every day - hence the not-so-positive feedback you've received.
In addition, we also know that the TDs are good at tidying up after themselves. It doesn't happen overnight, but they sort it out. They are TDs for a reason.

I get it. Totally understandable. Everyone’s a troll or whiny baby now a days but I’m not here to do that. I’ve been doing this a while and these forums have really helped me make good decisions and how to go about all of this so I thank you all and RWI for the info. I’m not here to dump on anyone. I just wanted a smooth deal & as of now I didn’t get it neither does it look like it’s gonna happen

Shit happens. All you Buyers beware. That is all.

I sent 3 emails to you to confirm whether send out ,and you lost your temper and request refund . and I asked for your wise account , but your account setting make I can not find your account . so , I ask you give me your bank information , I will send the money to your bank directly , you replied ,whether I am crazy ? I want to get your bank account to steal your money !!!! so ,I asked to make the refund with Crypto ,but unlucky , our Crypto was blocked for some reason , need some hours to solve . and your rest emails are rude . finally , we solve the Crypto account problem and make the refund .
