I have a EMS package sent from Japan that has been sitting in LAX customs since the 31st looks as if i'm not the only one. Has anyone with the December 31st date had any packages released from customs yet?

Yes BMW760 got his package released a few days ago and both of our packages when in the same day. Damn LAX customs soo slow!

I can't say that works for me, but I will keep doing it until I get my watches.

I have a package paid for on 12/25/12. It was sorted into customs at 8:13 yesterday morning and released from customs 1 minute later at 8:14.

The waiting is exquisite.

I don't think many of the newer members here realize that 20-30 days has traditionally been the standard delivery time from China to CONUS.

This is for china post or hong kong post. EMS is most definitely faster than 20-30 days depending on how long its held in customs.
