Read again what KJ2020 wrote above and follow the instructions.
ok. I followed the KJ2020 instructions to the letter. I wound up the watch, moved the small hand between + and -, moved the racket to the left by maybe half a millimeter as shown in the photo

this is the result

do I have to move the racket again?

Adjust it further and see if you can get it close ( + / - 30 second or less). You lose nothing by trying since the only other option would be to send it out to a watchsmith.

Start by addressing the beat error.
Other result. is ok?

You should fix the beat error. Adjust the beat corrector arm (single blue dot) to bring that 5.1ms number to < 0.5ms. Then readjust the s/d arm to get it close to zero.

You are making good progress, don't quit now.

I'm very scared to touch the python. I heard that if you move it wrong the watch stops. Is it true?

Lol, I've adjusted hundreds of beat corrector arms and never ruined a balance doing so. Just carefully nudge it like you've been doing with the s/d arm and measure the performance again. The beat corrector arm is there for this very purpose.

Ok I'm going to dive in. Should I move it towards the racket or towards the bridge?

Threads like this are the reason very seldom I buy anything from m2m unless I know that seller well - a newbie, a complete noob opens the case and adjusts the beat corrector at his will, no related knowledge, no skill, just "I feel it run slow, so I adjust it". In another thread, some other noob opened the case and took off the subdial hand with his hands, not a tweezer...

Don't get me wrong, you have every right to do whatever you feel like to your watch. Just I don't really enjoy taking over it if you sell it at a later time.

Usually tightening the hairspring coil will reduce beat error, so you could first nudge it toward the micro adjustment lever. But you will need multiple adjustments so it really doesn't matter. You can take your pick and see if it goes up or down.

it seems like the beat is ok. now it runs too fast, i guess i will have to move the racket towards the python to adjust s/d. right?

can this be okay?

What happened to the BPH? It should be 28800 like on every previous reading you've taken.

@Rx4Time is that something you set manually with this app or does it automatically register what it's actually reading?
