Same thing happened to me when I purchased a video camera at Best Buy. It had an old book in the box and a bunch of wires that went to who knows what. I opened the box in the parking lot, went right back into the store told them they could search my car but they stuck me with the deal... no help. They said I could have had a friend drive off with the camera :shock: . I hate that store.
This has actually happened to several people and in some cases they got rocks in their camera boxes. After investigation they found several employees at distribution warehouses for the manufacturers were doing this.
I have deal with Angus before and I have never had any problem with him. Sure we have the usual QC problems but it the end he manage to resolve them. He is a gentleman and I would recommend him anytime.
