I've bought a few watches from Lucy and I can only say how impressed I have been with her QC, communication and the watches when they arrived with me in the UK.
I may have been relatively lucky and have experienced none of the issues that OPs say they have with her; slow comms, disappearing for weeks at a time, etc. The last two I bought from her were a breeze - from my initial enquiry I think she took about four hours to respond and I had them ordered within the day. QC pics were about a week - ten days later and I had the watches in my grubby mitts within another two weeks. Both were superb and I'm very happy with them
It must be really frustrating if things appear to go wrong, but I can assure you Lucy is no scammer.
