This isn't a conspiracy. I just got tired of waiting for her to reply so decided to push things further and post on here. Again, I don't have all the facts but whatever I know and have experienced I have posted it. If you receive a package from UK which actually was supposed to have been sent from China, you would have questions too.

No, actually I wouldn't. The US has tonnes of the same 3rd party shippers, shipping labels are created in the US, it looks like my watch is coming from New Jersey by FASTTRACK EXPRESS CO. or whatever but is travelling from China to the US, then the 3rd party reships it.

Whatever happens this resolution will take time to respond. New members think TDs are kind of gods, they have complete control or info of the package at all timew, they can control shipping times and people. This isn't the case at all.

Lucy is bad at communication I agree but if she has no info what is she meant to say? Lucy is also like a 3 person team handling all of this.

She knows as much as you - she has to contact the shipping company about the package. The company can ghost or drag their feet about giving this info. What can she do?

Like I said. Members overestimate what TDs have the power to do. They're at the mercy of the factories, mercy of customs, mercy of the logistics company.

My attitude is towards that pink kitty comment who started with the verbal abuse. I was and I am respectful from start to finish.

I even believed Lucy from the start until I realised that this package is from UK.

There could have been a mishap or theft for sure but her regular patterns of not sending tracking codes, delaying with weeks to answer messages unless pushed like now, always finding excuses is something of a red flag to me. Even until.now there is no proof she actually sent me the watches. Weeks later she is still searching for the way bill/receips and still speaking with her postman.

So yes, too many red flags for me hence the post. Don't buy from this dealer

Surely you can see that a TD who has probably completed thousands of transactions over 12 years would have absolutely zero interest in risking that TD status by scamming a first time buyer. By all means, if you have been scammed and this is proven, let the TD burn. Until then, relax. You are buying illegal goods. When something goes wrong with transit, solving the problem is not as simple as filling out a form at your local post office.

Well, feel free to do with your own money whatever you like. When I spent my money and receive nothing in return, I will have questions.

I asked her direct, I didnt receive any of the answers you are telling me now. I waited weeks and weeks so I posted here and finally managed to push things forward for her to reply back. It seems to have worked well. Main current issue is I still have no prove whatsoever watches were actually sent. Waiting to see the way Bill/ receips with weights etc.

I get it again watches could have been stolen or package lost but you are providing 10 times more answers than she did and I thank you for that.

I do understand communication is important, and sometimes a simple, "I'm working on it. I'll keep you posted", is enough. I understand his frustration after spending money but also agree with you here. Off on the wrong foot. It's like shit-talking someone that serves you food at a restaurant. Probably not the best idea. And why is that ? Did you spent £800 and got the finger for it ? You all defending her here while weeks later she still hasn't provided evidence of watches sent. Giving me a tracking code doesn't mean much. I don't know what was sent and not.

I spent my money, received nothing for it and my messages (in my view) were ignored for weeks. She claim she didn't ignore them but when I was purchasing the watches from her she was very responsive. So yes, I do have the right to say what I think and to me this type of experience is a joke whether you like or not.

And I see you all know her and defend her and are afraid not lose clients but if you do your job properly and stop giving excuse after excuse there will be nothing to be afraid of.

Yes, regardless of how this will end I will never buy again from her and will advise everyone else not to do so either.

Just remember, all I have is a tracking code showing something was sent to me, weeks later I am still waiting for the receipt showing the weight of the package and a response from that lovely postman. So, when you guys are spending your money, receive nothing and messages get ignored afterwards, you feel free to act as you wish.

Fair enough but that's how it feels weeks after nothing got resolved and messages were ignored. Shall I just belive her honest word for everything she said? Still waiting to see the waybill or whatever it is with the weight on it.

I don't know, maybe I was harsh but thats how it all felt when ignoring messages and providing nothing in return. No explanations whatsoever.

There is a guy above in the messages provided a TON of explanation regarding me questioning all this. My Main issue was RoyalMail Travk48ncan only send from UK to UK. The return wasn't China address but UK address. My package was sent somewhere else first before coming to me.
That's not how I received my first watch. My first watch was received straight from China with Labels etc not like that.

All this got no reply from her, do you get it ? I got no answers for any of these questions from her.

So you all defending her but that's how things feel and regardless of how this ends, I wouldn't buy from her. And warning others of my experience is absolutely fair.

I see half of you are friends having probably something invested with this lady so sticking up together while trying to shift the focus of the post.

Just to bring back the post into focus, here are my concerns with Lucy and before I made this post I waited long to hear reasonable explanation from her and also opened help desk ticket to no avail:

- long waits
- excuse after excuse
- no explanations or answers to my valid questions
- Initially I believe what she said until I realised it was a RoyalMail Track48 package with return address in Scotland so I questioned this and again, no response. A member on here provided some decent answers but not her
- No way bill still yet, no proof of watches actually been sent
- I had to made this public for her to wake up and stop ignoring messages and finally magically she started replying

So long story short, something seemed dodgy and her ignorance and delays didn't help the matter at hand.

If you customer looking to spend your hard earned cash with her, I would think twice
