Think Twice Before you buy from this lady Lucy. I wonder how come she is a trusted dealer.

I ordered my first watch with her and everything was fine however i made my 2nd order of 2 watches and it went missing.

She never replies to messages and always have some excuses. This ain't a serious dealer, like speaking g to a kid or more likely a scammer.

After long wait for my 2 watches to get ready, she promised to send the tracking code but didn't finding some stupid excuse again. I didn't receive my watches but 3 hats instead.

The delivery was made by RoyalMail 48 which isn't how I received my first parcel from her.

There is something dodgy going on here. She either didn't send my watches or her postman stole them. I cant made q claim loss theough Royal mail UK as thats international package. I asked her to do so via her courier and still waiting for response. Either way, don't buy from her.

She will ignore your messages for weeks if something goes wrong.

I am still waiting for some sort of response and have filed a ticket to help desk.

This lady is a joke. Not a serious dealer who deals with issues once they arise. Stay away. You have been warned

I am waiting him to send me more pics or bills of the package which he can provide,then send to you,

I joined in RWI 12 years already,I can say I never cheated any order from any customer of me so far,
I never say I am the best dealer,but I can always say I am an honest dealer,

this is the first order I send to you,the package was delivered,

this is the second order I send to you,the package was delivered too,

the same post man send these 2 packages for me,send via the same shipping methods,I paid the same shipping cost to him also,
from the tracking information,I didn't see this package was send to another address,
I gave the correct address to my post man too,we have shipping waybill to prove it,
as for the delivery company how to deliver in UK,I don't know,I can only see whether it was delivered from the tracking information,

I am trying to let my post man find the final waybill,and find the delivered pic for me now,
something can prove the weight of the package,the shape of the package,etc,

from I joined in RWI,I already have many customers are from UK in the first year,I always feel send pacakges to UK is super safe,
because in the last 12 years,I never have any one package to UK was seized or lost,

this is the second time I met customer told me the package was stolen,I feel strange also,

the first time is 10 years ago,a customer told me he got the package,but it's the empty box,
I provided the waybill proved the weight of the package,it's a 45 mm SS bracelet Omega,
so the weight won't be the same with an empty box for sure,so we proved that package was stolen by someone,

now,this time,you already mentioned when you got the package,"the bag was a little bit damaged,there was like a tear",these all your words in whatsapp,so why you will feel "She either didn't send my watches or her postman stole them"?

yes,the first order you got from me is a paper box,in the last 12 years,for each package I send out,I all put the watches in that kind of paper box,
because all of them packaged by myself,so if you didn't see that paper box,and the bag was damaged,was teared,it must be stolen by someone else,

when you told me this thing,the first reaction of me is trust you and try to find a way to help you,
ask my post man to provide something to let you can claim from the shipping company,

I think the foundation of problem solving is mutual trust,just like I never asked you to prove that you really only received three hats,
I never doubted you for a second,it's because I can feel you are a good customer from our first order,

I have posted in RWi many times already,if the package was seized by the customs or lost in the shipping way(didn't delivered),
I will resend another new package to my customer,but if the second package was seized or lost again,I won't refund and won't resend the third one out,

but it's not include the package was stolen,because the package was seized by the customs,or was lost on the shipping way,
my post man can track it and confirm it,or we can see the document from the customs directly,
but if all customers got the package,tracking information all showed the packages delivered,they still told me the package was stolen,
whether I should trust every one and refund/resend new packages to them?

the package was stolen is not my responsibility too,

last years,I have 12 watches were seized by the customs,some packages,they are two Clean's Daytona in one package,$1600 in one package,

I resend all new watches to my customers already,I posted this situation in RWI also,I said I will undertake it,then I will do like that,

so I will urge my post man again tomorrow,to let him provide me more information of the package,then send to you,
you can claim with the shipping company,I asked him again just now,he told me you contact the local shipping company will faster than he contact them from China,

this post man worked for many big dealers in the market more than 10 years already also,
he won't and no need to steal one of my package,if so,if I know it,many dealers won't work with him any more,
so it's not worth to him,I have many packages which is about $1500~$2000 were send out by him,never have one package was stolen,so I trust him too,

after I get more news from him,I will tell you at once.

You didn't spend the money i did. Come say this to my face so I can show you who's the gobshite. The reputation of Lucy currently doesn't stand up the test at least for me. Replying to messages weeks after, ignoring and always finding excuse after excuses is not what I am looking for in a trusted dealer.

Also, she has a pattern for this. Why wasn't the tracking code sent when she said she will send it ? What prove she has she has sent everything as stated ? I have prove i paid £800!

1st - the first time I received the order from her was direct from China in a paperbox. Not RoyalMail 48. RoyalMail 48 is sent from UK to UK. The package i received had a return address in Scotland as mentioned in the help desk ticket with a photo provided.

So all this to me combined with the extreme delay in messages, screens something doggy to me. When you go ahead and spend your money and receive fuck all for it, feel free to comment all you want.

At the minute I can't see this Lucy as being a reliable dealer. All I see is transferring her responsibilities left right and centre. Still weeks later waiting to hear from her postman like I bought the watches from her postman.

If you actually bothered to read my message, I can't claim anything from Royal Mail as it's internal package. The return on your package is somewhere in Scotland not China.

Your postman should be applying for a refund from the delivery company not me. Unless pushed you keep ignoring messages but you are quick to collect the money.

I dont know the package was stolen along the way. Many packages won't arrive in perfect condition. I believed you initially but not after I noticed the RoyalMail 48 and return package address somewhere in UK. Something isn't right and it is for you to provide answers why. I did my part and paid you

However, you need to take a step back and realise shit WILL happen from time to time, given the context i.e. you are not ordering a book from Amazon. Like I said, you may or may not be right, but you need to modify your attitude if you plan on continuing to collect replicas.

Why don't you asking the same from the pink kitty who started with the verbal abuse ? I was respectful until the little kitty started mouthing off for no reason. I have my reasons and my case stands. Nobody can prove even Lucy that she actually sent me the watches. She is still searching for the receips/waybill and speaking to her postman weeks later. Does that sound legitimate to you ?

My attitude is towards that pink kitty comment who started with the verbal abuse. I was and I am respectful from start to finish.

I even believed Lucy from the start until I realised that this package is from UK.

There could have been a mishap or theft for sure but her regular patterns of not sending tracking codes, delaying with weeks to answer messages unless pushed like now, always finding excuses is something of a red flag to me. Even until.now there is no proof she actually sent me the watches. Weeks later she is still searching for the way bill/receips and still speaking with her postman.

So yes, too many red flags for me hence the post. Don't buy from this dealer

You're picking the wrong hill to fight on. There is no grand conspiracy here. Your watch got lost or stolen and it will take time for the mess to unravel. It is difficult for Lucy to track anything when she is in China and this third party shipper is in the UK.

Furthermore it's not as simple as declare to the mail service the package is lost, costs X, get a refund. It's an illegal replica watch, probably also declared as something else. Hard to go through official Royal Mail channels to get it sorted. Replace "replica watches" with "illegal drugs" and you can understand the problem.

You are buying an illegal watch yet treating the whole thing like it's Amazon. Is it unfortunate your first experience is a stolen package? Yes. But that could happen with anything.

Talk to anyone (including myself) and we have all suffered some kind of loss before. It's unfortunate but also a risk you take in the game.

And you may not like hearing this but just chill and be calm. Being nice in the rep community goes further than being stand offish. Members are giving geniune advice here.

That's what I thought initially but that's not how I received my first watch from her. I received it in paperbox with China label postage etc and not RoyalMail48 hence my suspicions

She changed her mail path because she had 12+ packages stolen or seized on the original line.

With the one TD I use he has used 4 different shipping lines. They chose the one they feel is best for the situation.

There is no fixed path. They are not obligated to use the same shipping line every time. You are making a conspiracy out of nothing.

Lucy has delivered to you a watch before. Let her sort out the mess.

Maybe you are right but as mentioned there have been other red flags also. And who is there to prove me that Lucy actually sent me the watches and not the 3 hats ? She has no receipt/way bill/weight of package etc. Still investigating weeks later. Maybe she is innocent and not her fault at all but still when problem arise be on the case, don't ignore messages with weeks. All this is done on a believe system that the dealer will do their part but I did mine and paid decent money and I am left with not even a proof that the watches were sent. I just need to believe her is that right?

This isn't a conspiracy. I just got tired of waiting for her to reply so decided to push things further and post on here. Again, I don't have all the facts but whatever I know and have experienced I have posted it. If you receive a package from UK which actually was supposed to have been sent from China, you would have questions too.
