Gonna attempt a franken VSF/ZF hybrid shortly.

Curious, what parts of the ZF and VSF will you be using?

I agree the ZF is also very nice, and even surpasses the VSF in some areas. But the VSF also excels over the ZF in certain areas as well.
In the end it was the VS3135 movement that made me go with VSF.

Im assuming he is going for ZF dial and bracelet/clasp. But i really dont see a point. The ZF dial is more gen like sure. But it still has plenty of issues and can be called out just as easily as the VSF one.

And while the clasp on the VSF is 316l steel. I personally dont see any difference color wise between it and the bracelet. And otherwise the bracelet+clasp are great as has been confirmed by multiple people with gens.

Agreed. I think it's a better investment if he went with the gen hands, datewheel, and insert. It'll make a bigger impact for sure.

Agreed.
I actually find the DW on the VSF’s to be pretty good.
Gen hands will make a world of difference though..

Nearer than you think

It's actually better if the clasp is 316L, since it's a bit more scratch resistant, because 316l is harder than 904l

how you like your VSF LN? It pretty close to gen, isn’t it?

It's identical buddy. I had been keeping the stickers on it but a couple days ago I thought 'what for?'.. so I took the stickers off and sized it. To my surprise its even better than I thought! This watch is amazing, it's so genuine like it's not true. Appearance and feel, it's very very similar! I'd even say it looks better than my genuine watch as that has 2yrs wear on it, but the VSF is shiny and new and really pops! Yes, very pleased with it. When they are both in my watch box I cannot tell which is which. A very very good replica watch and branded name aside, this is a very high quality item that I know you would pay 4 figures for on the high street to get a watch of this quality with a real brand name on it.

I had nodded noob hulk and I still have noob v7 LN.
I like the hulk but I’m not sure if I will be happy with vsf hulk. I don’t care too much about slight dial flaws including slight flaw on the sunburst. I’m more concerned about color of the green insert.
LV vsf seem more accurate but as a Rolex watch I prefers hulk. I know eventually I will get both vsf LV and LN I’m not sure which one I should go first but I really want hulk :). I need to add a few new Rolex to my panerai collection.

My VSF in a day and a half has been advanced by less than a second and a half
However, the QC indicated: +7
We will see how it goes over the months...

Yesterday I met a friend who has a gen Rolex LN (in addition to Tudor, Breitling, Omega, Junghans), he hates the world of replicas because he is very sybarite and loves perfect and precise machines...
He was sure that he would be able to identify faults very easily because he has always paid a lot of attention to the details of everything and has very good vision. But when I left him my replica he spent 5 minutes looking at it and comparing it with his genuine and finally he said:

"Woowwww, this is incredible, I would have never imagined something like this, I am really impressed and frustrated because I cannot distinguish any mistake.
I will ask you for a rep because there are many occasions that my genuine watch cannot be worn everywhere because of fear and with a rep I would go much more relaxed. Anyway, I will not stop buying genuine because for me wearing a genuine rep or a genuine is something completely different on a mental and psychological experience level. Even if it were the same watch, if one is authentic and the other a replica, because of my nature I need the original"

Each to their own. There is no mental process for me.. Owning a gen is a different experience sure, but I will look after the rep just the same and I appreciate it for what it is. I don’t feel like a fraud wearing a rep I think, because I know I have a real one, I’m not fooling anybody or myself.

Also at the end of the day 99% don't even care about what you have on your wrist and most of the people that have a Gen Rolex don't even know or care about flaws because its a Gen.

There’s a percentage of the population that just suspects you are wearing a fake Rolex even when it’s real. the Rolex market these days has attracted certain people with an idiotic mentality, there’s such a large number of Rolex owners that have no clue about what they are wearing and it’s simply a status symbol for them. Every Rolex Facebook group is just a shit show of morons that shout “FAKE” at almost every photo posted... especially when someone posts a genuine QC issue lol. Unfortunately Rolex’s are owned by more idiots than professionals these days.

For sure anyone buying a Gen Rolex over retail price is a complete idiot.

When I bought my Gen's the Rolex AD's had full stock, offered discount on basically all models and provided great customer service. Now they threat their customers like crap and you have to feel lucky just to get on their stupid waiting list. A visit to any AD today is boring. They have nothing as it has all been sold away to re-sellers. I am amazed that people will actually spend their time on wanting to "create a relationship" with some stupid Rolex dealer. To me anyone "begging" or degrading themselves to be allowed to buy a USD 10K watch, are just plain stupid.

As Rolex is turning away many potential customers by deliberately limited supply, I applaud and cheer on all Replica companies. I hope they make tons money off their Rolex replicas. And I truly hope that the current sick business model of Rolex will over time make Rolex and their AD's suffer badly.
