Ok then just to clarify cause I am interested too.

Obviously you can say to confirm from 1/2 points a real vsf 116610 for an non professional spotter like me beside the S19/S29.. serial on rehaut or the 7GJ vsf bracelet that could be swapped/mixed should be:

VS3135 movement with a serial 027288F5ROLEX

OP has no engraving at this part of movement as I can see, so it isn’t a VS3135. Right?

Other things like case shape (CG ok I can spot nowdays I think ) and dial are not so simple I guess or you may need high res photos..

…hmm your decision mate. I can imagine it’s not that nice feeling to expect a VSF (in these days lot more) and realize it’s not.

Just in case you’re selling it would be better to clarify that to protect yourself from troubles with potential buyer, mods etc..

For me it is a good example why we are here. To prevent doing mistakes. And maybe we all next time on a m2m sale of a vsf sub are better advised also to ask a photo with an opened caseback…sad.

Sometimes it’s just not knowing better.

But it appears that the times are getting worse. Fake clean, jvs with vsf serials… who knows what next. And yes sometimes the people do like to enrich with that things.

So pretty hard to be sure you get what you assume from the obvious/known details like serials etc. just ootb/from factory.

I’m thinking crown tube is another point that can be easy judged as VSF.
VSF tube has thicker flange rather than Gen or any other rep.
But I’m not sure because I haven’t verified the crown tube of the Fake VSF.

Any thoughts?

Hmm for me not that point from the pictures/posts. But maybe there are needed more macroscopic photos for that.

How was it with the time setting? Clockwise/opposite direction… there was a thing with the VS3135 as I remember it’s not same on all the other chinese 3135 clone movements? ????

Just tried and I can set the time clock and anti-clockwise. Don’t know how to change the date though
