Insert is cleaner in VSFMy 116610LN VSF has arrived yesterday. Damn that was quick - didn't even waited one whole week of shipping.
this watch is such a beauty. first of all I had to put some oil on the bracelet since it was rattling but now ooooohhhh baby.
I've also put some pics of my Noob V7 in comparison to the VSF, which is also a great watch btw. Date 22 is Noob, Date 8 VSF.
Just let me know what do you think. Let's go.
The endlinks on the back of the case looks better on the noob one where there is no gap towards the case

I had the exact same thought when the watch arrived. I did my research and Even Gen 116610LN has some gaps towards the case, so i am not really concerned.The endlinks on the back of the case looks better on the noob one where there is no gap towards the case
But i think this might be solvable for a watchsmith if really wanted to fix it.

I just got QC pictures that are very good but also with a K28 serial. After checking reddit, you're right that K28... seems to be the most common serial for the VSF no date 114060.
I don't know what to conclude here. The gen 3130 is 0.15mm slimmer than the 3135. So there might be a fitment issue. Seems only logical to me that the K and S serial cases are somewhat different from each other.
I dont know what happened to vsf from this QC mistakes, but i hope that they not lose their quality..
I am looking for my first sub no date 114060. While I was digging the vintage question: " who makes the best no date sub?" I found that CF and VSF make the best sub no date. However, I couldn't find many comparison between CF and VSF. So, could everyone give me advices on which one should I go with, please?

The Submariner NoDate is an amazing timepiece….
For me the VSF is the best OOTB
My first 114060 was a ZZF V3
Than I ordered a CF and was hunting an VSF 114060
The ZZF was very Good….the CF was very very Good….and than my VSF arrived.

This one is crazy good

@Submariner23 congrats to this beautiful piece! The VSF is very close to Gen IMO…. How would you judge the bracelet compared to an ARF? Measured from 0-10
