Camera Parallax... again. You cannot determine this kind of alignment from an image. I already see 3 or 4 things misaligned here. Look on the right side and the Rs are misaligned.

If you doubt me please just go to your grey market of choice and handle a submariner. What I am speaking is correct. It is difficult to do this with just images on the internet.

Also. You are buying a replica. Please stop with this perfection. You paid $500 for a watch. You want your watch to be the same as a $10,000 watch, pay the $10000 price tag, and even then, you will find that Rolex is misaligned.

I rotated the dial to align them after I polished the rehaut

I dont think you're supposed to post your QC image and ask what do people think. It's against the forum rules.

Instead, what do YOU think? If you dont see any issue from the images, then why bother what we think anyway.

The crown, bezel, and bracelet sharpness will all soften with time and use. This applies to both gens and reps. But gens are always gen.

Thanks for the insight. I'm very happy with the watch overall and can't complain about the bezel or bracelet, but the crown is way sharper than brand-new gen, at least on the rep I received. I will give it some time and see how it softens before going full OCD.

I'm goin to look into this in depth in the coming days but If I remember correctly from other threads about 25 full rotations of the crown, if you do more rotations it shouldn't hurt the movement as the mechanism will prevent over winding (I would love to know how this works btw if someone knows in details link us up).

Food for thought.... this morning at 5am I took the new watch off and at 10am the watch stopped, I wound it up 25 rotations and it works fine while on my wrist now, but I think there is something wrong with it. I feel a PlayStation Dualshock controller type vibration of the movement if I shake it enough and this 5 hour power reserve made me think there is a problem with the retention of mainspring tension, but I don't know.... as long as it keeps time I'm okay with it for now since I want to wear it daily but I will keep you posted
