I'm not a native English speaker and I don't know much about both watches and replicas. I try to explain myself better.In other words, are you asking "who has the best Sub?"?
I would like to buy a Rolex replica and they recommended me to get a VSF submariner as it is one of the best Rolex replicas out there.
So I was wondering if among the various Rolex Sub VSF models there was one that "stood out" compared to the others, in terms of build quality, replica fidelity, movement, etc...

You mean, like between a Hulk and a black Sub for example?
I don't think that there's a difference in build quality. As to the gen accuracy, there could potentially be a difference from dial to dial and bezel to bezel.
Generally speaking, when there are colors involved, that's when reps have the most tells unless there are any gross flaws in dimensions or functionality. For example, the color blue is usually considered the one particular color where the rep factories have the most problems to get it right.
Safest bet is usually to go with a black or white color option. In this case, the black Submariner VSF would be your safest bet. Although, AFAIK, VSF has nailed the green dials and bezels pretty darn well, so like @muiramas said: just go with the one you like. There's not much of a wrong choice with any Sub from VSF.
PS: Also, the movements are usually identical across the same models from one factory, unless it's a new version that for example transitioned from decorated ETA/Miyota to clone, or a new generation of clones as with the recent update with clones from Clean factory. You can usually see on the product descriptions on the TD web sites which movement a watch has.
I'm getting my hands on a new gen handset for my 40mm sub but can't make the physical comparison to VSF dial lume until they arrive.
Would you guys wait to source a gen dial and insert before fitting the hands to avoid potential lume mismatch?
From searching the forum, this has been asked before however the lume mismatch answer isn't conclusive.

You'll probably want the genuine dial to go with the genuine hands as the lume will last longer.
Thanks that's a good point.
I'd be replacing the dial as soon as I managed to obtain one, so there hopefully wouldn't be much of a time factor.

I have a 114060 gen dial if someone want's and gen click spring set as well (both used but good condition).

Would have bitten your hand off, but it's a 116610LN I'm needing.
Check under M2M parts section they should be available there.
Or contact sub007 or interaktiv they for sure can get you one.

About to superfranken my VSF 116610. Gen crystal is already on it (SUCH A HUGE DIFF) and i have gen dw, dial, hands, bezel on the way.
It'll practically be a perfect sub. Will try to find a Gen clasp if i can and maybe some components of the movement in the future,
