You guys with the new watches: how is the bracelet?

Is it..

A. Silky smooth and high quality feeling with a smooth glidelock

or..

B: Sharp edged, stiff and unlubricated with a cheap gritty feeling glidelock

Please let me know how your bracelet feels and which watch you have (11, 12, SS, Gold).



To the man above with the gold watch talking of replating.. If your bracelet is sharp edged you should ideally have it refinished before you have it replated.

I have the latest batch 114060 and very happy with the finish of the case and bracelet. Glidelock is silky smooth and no sharp edges.

Bracelets both feel great. 116610LV and 116618LB, K25 batch on the 116610LV and Q66 (what is that? - Edit: answered my own question thanks to search LOL, it's an earlier batch known sometimes as V2) batch for the 116618LB - just received today (still taking off tape!)

The 116619lb I got is a K25. The bracelet was poor. Maybe the issue is limited to the PCL SS bracelet or maybe some of you guys don’t know how great the proper ones are/could/should be.

The plating feels fine, but the orange tint is killing me. Already looking for a shop to re-plate.

you can polish most of that off and make it wearable. go back literally just a few pages look at mine..

This could definitely be the case for me - I don’t know what a gen bracelet is like, so what is a great rep bracelet/glide lock to me might be way below acceptable to a more experienced connoisseur.

The crystal on my latest (116619LB) is really good in my opinion. There is no cylops distortion. My early Hulk has distortion and so does my 116618LN. The 126610 is distorted too.

I'm thinking this crystal may have AR under the full glass? It's very clear.
