Clean has the same movement for the 3135 Vs now. Seems like westerners prefer VSF. Funny enough, seems in the east Clean is bigger and actually more expensive then VSF. You can use google translate and read reviews that say Clean is the better choice over VSF. Heard alot of those review blogs that hype Clean though are selling Clean watches. Basically at the end of the day it is hard to discern overall which is the better rep as much is personal preference. I recently went VSF 126610. At least with the 12 line, VSF is the best choice due to no other factories using their movement 3235. Makes the choice somewhat easier to decide that way .

I think personal preference is based on pics. Get both in hand and you will see CF is not as good build quality. VSF has gen like bezel and crown action and feels like a gen watch. CF has replica watch bezel and crown action and feels like a fake watch. You can’t see that in pics and until you have seen a VSF yourself you don’t know what you are missing.
I may be wrong, CF may have improved, but when I got a ZZF Submariner (the old name for CF) it was a cheap feeling poorly built watch, not like VSF.

I just received my VSF 114060 and I'm blown away by the quality. I own a gen 16610LV and the VSF quality is on par with my gen.

I also have this problem. VSF glidelock seems more loose than NOOB clasps.
Are there any instructions how to take the glidelock apart and maybe make the clasps tighter with pliers or something?

Hi guys, I am about to pull the tigger on a Vsf 126610. Any last minute thoughts you recommend me ? Overall I have read vsf are better than clean in term of Feb like feeling. Movement is a VS3235

Yes, polishing the rehaut is a common mod for VSF Subs, which makes a noticeable and positive difference. Even if sending out and paying, it's well worth it.

Dumb question but how long does rehaut polish last? Since it’s under the crystal is it a one time improvement?

If it's done to your satisfaction, it's a one time job. Highly recommended on all Sub reps, but for VSF it's almost a necessity.

Any watchsmith can polish the rehaut. It's nothing more than removing the movement to have access to the rehaut, and then giving it a good cleaning and polish, and reinstalling the movement.

You can do it yourself, but only if you're comfortable removing and reinstalling the movement, which isn't a complicated process.

Cape Cod polishing clothes will work wonders. Plenty of videos on youtube showing how to apply and how well it works.
