What could be improved upon if they ever come back?

SEL's: the midlink needs to be sharper, currently has soft edges.
Rehaut: alignment of serial characters, the etching could look more gen, the rehaut wall could be more vertical
Hands: could be more 3d, hour hand Mercedes logo is a little too bold on many examples
Crystal: cyclops distorts the date around the edges
LV: gen dial is slightly darker with less a dramatic lightning bowtie.
The rest is close enough.

The rest is close enough. Some say the lugs on the 126610 are not right but I have not seen any evidence.
On both examples the stamps between the lugs are present but this is not of very gen appearance.
More consistency to making sure they are all created equal with smooth screwing crowns and proper fitting hytrel rings and consistent clasps would be good too but that'll be a supplier needs to up the QC of their parts game for that to happen.

Not exactly a VSF but made by the same people. Snagged this brand new from a MTM sale. The VSF vibe is there although it was branded as an XF.

All of mine too and I also had 5 at one point but some guys complained.
Urban legend - they're perfectly fine. Here's a comparison of my VSF against three gens offered at C24.

Just spent some time going through this thread. Don't have pictures to add yet, but i just picked up a 126610LN. Really excited to get it!

I have had these side by side. Its definitely not as vertical as gen. Very minor but I am correct.

You can't compare different pics taken with different machines, the FOV will be different, I'm pretty sure that there's a comparison somewhere that compared a gen and a rep and there is some marginal difference (not something you can spot at all) but there is
I'm glad you got my point. That rehaut theory's been repeated over and over by a few members, same as the good old "lug reflections". Checked my VSF 116610 against the gen of a friend, there's no visible difference. He actually ordered a VSF as well and keeps his gen in the box now.

I compared a gen 126613 and a vsf 126610LV and i can see something different regarding the rehaut, even if ofc it's not something you can spot without a close comparison between a gen and a rep model.
Other than that the case is spot on
The gen rehaut has a different appearance because of the finer finish/polish. It looks a little different, but it's not the angle.
I compared my v6f 116610lv with the vs movement to my friends gen 116613ln. Rehaut looked extremely similar. Date font 1 to 1 case shape, dial printing and all
Only thing my friend said was maybe off was the coloring but he wasn't sure without an lv to compare side by side

VSF116610 and gen side by side (pulled from another thread). Not the greatest examples, but you can identify a watch in each pic with a more angled rehaut, it's the VSF.
Again, this is very minor but to not acknowledge it would be incorrect.
StreetFighter I have read many of your posts and have seen that you are experienced. Do you find the 116610LN or the 126610LN more similar to the gen? Thanks

I haven't had a gen 126 in hand but in my opinion they are equal so take your pick. The 126 will suit a bigger wrist even though they say they are the same size it wears bigger, that should be your deciding factor between the 2.
Oh thanks! I have the hulk (116601) and am buying one from VSF.
My wrist is small but I would like to buy a 126610 if the quality is the same (I mean 116610 vsf)
