It is not a BP unfortunately It is a full on SuperFranken. That dial is a real 16803 dial from 1984. The build specs are frightening.

I have a BP somewhere but it got a rough time when I lent it to my father in law.

I’ve lived through a brush with the 16800 bug way back - the transitional era is a very hard thing to shake off.

I cannot shake it. The only major Frankens I have still are: a 1986 Transitional 5513 and the 1984 Transitional Bluesy.

(I made a mistake before the Dial and clasp are 1984, on the 16803, if I remember correctly lol.)
