@TB, not zipped no, as in this day and age, the interest speeds are much quicker thay 56k dial up lol. Oh those were the days, oh and tape loading computer games back then too lol

That's just fine and Jim Dandy but when you are on wireless with a DL limit of 8gig a month it becomes an issue.

Please upload the original iTunes .epub file, so that on iBooks the Page Layout would look superb!

You would do us a big favor, because on iBooks .pdf documents have other style than .epub files.

Most print shops won't touch it; the franchises in particular, I imagine.

Maybe call around find an independent shop that needs the cash and might be able to bind it.

By the way, I like your avatar. I used to ski at Steamboat on family trips when I was in junior high and high school. Great place and Billy Kidd is a super cool guy. I was there for the 25th anniversary celebration and he was spending a lot of time out on the mountain meeting and greeting people. On every trip we always had at least one Billy Kidd spotting out on the slopes. He always had his cowboy hat on, too.
