Noob or ARF?

I'm going to say ARF.

Guys, I’m on the verge to pull the trigger.

It would be Noob Rodhium dial. I want the best OOTB.

I read that post Covid, Noob bracelet is vastly improved.

My doubt is about the movement: 2924, 2836, 3135, ...

which one is the best option taking into consideration that I won’t do mods?

the best ootb lies in the eye of the spectator.
one wants a movement that winds in the same direction as gen (VR3135 noob), one wants as close to gen dial and hands (arf) as possible, the next wants a well-build bracelet (arf)..
no matter your decision, I’d advise you to do a bezel mod as this makes or breaks the looks of the watch imo

As far as I know, the more gen dual is NOOB, right?

arf just launched a new version n SH3135. What about this movements SH3135, SA315, .... are enough reliable?

it depends. the dial is fairly similar. only the blue “yachtmaster” print is a bit off on the ARF.
on the noob you have a wrong seconds hand, which to me, is more recognizable than a color mismatch..

as I said, it depends on what you can better live with

the SA3135/SH3135 is by far not as reliable as the VR3135. some members were lucky, some were not

+1 for the hybrid build. The absolute best (without going gen) Rhodium is Noob 904L base with Noob dial, ARF (or eBay aftermarket) light blue hand and Noob SEL bracelet with ARF clasp. Not sure what the situation is now but until March Noob 904L shipped with VR3135 (I got mine then).

And as mentioned, TomRep insert PPM is a must.

I went for VR because of frankens builds. The 2836 is very reliable and very cost effective to repair. I have no experience with the 2836 Noob models, so can't comment.
