I am having issues press fitting my gen YM on my Sean case. I was thinking the click spring was interfering, so I attempted to separate the bezel and insert. Very very difficult. Is this a known issue?

Yeah it's nigh on impossible to get them apart. Rolex uses a special tool. My modder did manage it eventually but you can see where he's applied some serious force to the bezel teeth.

The Sean case has to be machined to take the gen bezel assembly IIRC

I was under the impression that Sean cases accepted gen parts.

It should do. I've had two Sean cases and both needed minor mods to get the gen bezel to fit. It may be down to machining tolerances or the condition of the bezel though.

is it me or on the the rolesium dial,the cyclops looks better compare to black dial submariner or even the rhodium dial yachtmaster ? because the blackhole effect even on gen is minimum due to the light colour of the dial ?

I'm getting the 2836/2824 I think I heard the crown position is the same so why pay extra for a lesser movement

I have a Rolesium SA3135, but if the crown position is the same, does that mean that I can order a different noob dial + hands + swiss 2824 and it would fit perfect? Wasn't aware that they were the same.

Yup apparently the 2824 and 3135 use identical cases. Only the 2836 has the bad case
