I just left it in a high ball glass for 24 hours (totally submerged in baby oil). Then, removed it from the baby oil, and wash it with dish soap. But honestly, just washing it with dish soap was pretty good.
Alternatively, spraying it with dry lube (found at auto parts store), then letting it soak into it for a few hours. Then washing it with dish soap worked well on my Ginault bracelet.
Obviously, remove the bracelet from the watch, or don't even attempt this
