Not bad at all... but I need to build some patina on the 382... too new.
What’s the best fit the green buildup? Boiled egg? Ammonia? Vinegar?

By oxidation on itself bronze with a patina that can turn a deep dark brown color over time. If the ability is enriched with sulfuric acid, it becomes - as with copper - the poisonous verdigris.:biggrin:

Use a LOT of salt. I would coat the case in salt water then add a little salt to the case directly. The salt is what gives you the green.
Then I'd put it in the container with the ammonia fumes for 45 min to 2 hours.
And even if you do this and adjust to it for a day or two only to decide "I'd like to try and get more green" you can always repeat the process.

Just picked up this 1661 M2M - it is understated with the matching blue dial markings and strap stitching - and IMO gorgeous!
