212 lighter than titanium 351? I would expect the chrono to be heavier than the steel luminor in the 1950 case, be it 320 or 312. 212 sapphire by the way dome?

I’m not convinced it’s a sapphire, think it’s plexi, and yes it’s domed. It’s a cheapy, bought it here M2M ages ago, and I don’t know it’s origin, so probably not indicative of a decent rep weight wise. (Chucked it on the scales out of curiosity, and had planned to swap straps anyway.)

I picked one up a few months ago. Let me find a scale.

Were you able to find a scale? I’m fairly confident this is the heaviest PAM rep and ergo by wearing it, one has the largest wang on the forum haha

Here are a few others again...

The 985 weighs 113 grams

The fiddy and the 217 weigh 118 and 116 respectively and it appears we have some consistency with the weight of 47mm steel luminor models of ~115-118 as the 605 was around the same too.

The 092 is 127 grams. I forget if I posted that already.

Anyway.

A couple more variants from me.

518 - 44mm Radiomir 1940 steel, with Venus manual wind, display case back. 103g.

Blshh Thanks for the photos.

It would be good to see what they weigh without the straps though, as this can give a false reading.

yes, it’s a 1950 case.

here is comparison photo. 42mm 1950 on left, 44mm Bettarini on right.

Is there a noticeable size difference on the wrist? From my understanding, the 1950 case is bigger than the Bettarini but is the 2mm smaller diameter negligible?

The 1950 case sits a little higher on the wrist, whereas the Bettarini "hugs" it more closely.

Comparitvely, I find the 44m 1950 feels a little bigger to the 44m Bettarini. The 42mm 1950, is still noticeably smaller than both 44mm case styles though.

Just to add into the mix, I find the 45mm radiomir case seem smaller than all the 44mm cases to, due to the minimalist style lugs.
