Yea but this is the platinum version not white gold. Someone mentioned above platinum is very similar in color to Stainless steel

It shines a LOT. At least the fluted bezel shines very nice. I also ordered a smooth bezel for it.

Great thread. Just read through all 42 pages. This definitely has pushed me to to get a BP YG wrapped DD40.

My one question is does anyone have a picture of an aftermarket leather strap on a DD40? I am sure a strap maker could make it, just not sure how it would look.
