Zf zf has more gen-like distortion, kw's numbers are green without a charge... I prefer the ZF. I don't get the details people obsess over, like cg perfection and cp perfection... They do nothing for the overall feel of the watch.

Yeah it's quite a surprise that 127 from Noob is listed here instead of KW which is considerable better on many aspects than Noob or ZF's 127.

This one is pretty accurate. Doesn't seem to be a popular model but it's very versatile

After checking closely ALE's list I wonder one question, why is not included the PAM 508 ceramic (for example the KW version)? It is not accurate enough? Maybe I am doing a silly question so sorry for that.

It is very important, when we are reading in a forum to know the date of the info
This list is made before the PAM 508 ceramic was released.
Of course, at this moment PAM 508 Ceramic and other new reps should be included

For daily wear I think it's hard to beat a 111. Not a perfect rep but I love the sandwich dial and simplicity.

is there any opinion about the how accurate 111 vs 390 are against gen ?
i do really think that 390 should be more accurate as the dial is less complicated and has closed caseback
however the dial colour is not neutral and is not that suitable for daily beater!?

- Hi girl, do you "pounds" tomorrow?
- Yes, I "book".

:lol3:

Now, seriously, predictive text is the worst enemy of all languages !

Rep world has its own "funny translations"-typos", I remember "huge tells" on some casebacks like...
"yatch" instead of "yacht" and few others...

I love my Ceramic 508 but why is it seems very heavy, I expected it to be much lighter...are all the ceramic 508's heavy or did my dealer maybe send me a DLC 508 by mistake?

PAM 508 even ceramic is really heavy, following owners claims. This is due to the heavy movement
Anyway post some pics of yours in order to try seeing the material

PAM508 - Ceramic - A7750 - 137 grams
PAM607 - Ceramic - ST2555 - 137 grams
PAM382 - Bronze - A7750 - 156 grams
PAM569 - Titanium - A7750 - 127 grams
PAM616 - Carbotech - A7750 - 113 grams

So removing the factor of the movement which is used in all but 1 of the rep submersibles (I have had 2 508s and they differ by less than 1 gram) plus the structure of the case (I have a steel PAM187 but the structure of the midcase, bezel and pushers would factor into the weight difference), ceramic is actually only lighter compared to bronze. I have only been able to do this for the subs. There is no Luminor ceramic PAM and I forgot to weigh my SS Rads before they went to their new owners.

Great info as usual mysterio. But I think there is no surprise in weight terms according to those materials.

I mean, as far as I know in terms of material weights the heavier should SS, bronce, etc... After that should come ceramic materials, Titanium and Carbon Fiber. I always heard that Ceramic, in weight terms, is just between SS and titanium.

Maybe I could be wrong but I have heard and read it many times.

Do you have any SS sumergible??? Just to know its weight. Thanks!

Like I said, I only have the PAM187. There is no rep that I know of that is a 47mm submersible in stainless steel with the same construction as the PAM508.
