Melissa, no offense, but a Panerai is inherently a large watch, traditionally 47 or 60mm. It had to be as a combat diver's tool.
A 36 or even 38 mm Panerai makes as much sense as a Cartier Tank Louis in 42 x 48mm. Sometimes people with small wrists have to accept their limitations as much as we folks with large wrists. My wife with her tiny 5-7/8-inch wrist now started buying solid 14K and 18K gold vintage watches in 32 to 35mm. I envy her, but there's no way for me to wear any of those on my 8-1/4-inch wrist without looking ridiculous.
