Old school MBW

Hi, New guy here. So what is MBW? I am looking to make a franken in black with the 16613 with holes case, no engraving rehaut. I already have a Gen 18k bezel and insert along with Gen 2-tone Jubilee band ( I much prefer this to the standard Oyster band) and Gen crown. Any help on where to source a case to start my build?

Thanks. Anyone know if they still making 16618? Same watch but full gold instead of TT. Couple of dealers I reached out are saying not available.
