Its an early eta plate Yuki dial. this watch is around 8 years old now

they have since changed their recipe the pad print they use now ...the corenet is different on the eta dials but more accurate on the rolex plates

Hows it done to commision a 1016 build by someone like 369mafia or Tripdog? Do i buy components and send of for a build or do i put an order with them stating which componants to use?

It depends on the modder. Some will source the parts so they can be sure everything will get along and some will let you source the parts. You'll need to ask whoever you decide to do the build for you.
